How it works
- The configured grade value is added to the movement-speed limit.
- When several equipped relics offer this aspect, the source uses the matching entry with the highest priority rather than adding all copies. Preferred-slot entries take priority over the other slots.
Grade values when the conditions apply
These are the configured grade values before the conditional scaling described above. Preferred-slot components require the stated relic slot. Equipped copies are not summed.
