Improve a source of power by infusion

How it works

1. The target and donor must belong to the same source-defined aspect group. The donor aspect grade must be higher than the target grade; target grade 3 cannot be improved further.
2. The target must have passed the unascended rank. Aspect grade and advancement stage are different properties: the donor must have a higher aspect grade.
3. The branch cost adds the required-material counts for the target and donor advancement ranks. It doubles when the target advancement rank exceeds the donor by at least two.
4. Event branches are consumed first, then regular branches fill the remaining cost. The transaction changes the target item class to the donor class and consumes the donor relic.
